The platform provides a peer-to-peer marketplace where users sell crypto assets held in custody on the platform to other users in exchange for INR paid directly between the users. The platform is not a party to the INR payment.
Crypto balances shown in your wallet are held by the platform operator on your behalf. Deposits are credited after confirmation; withdrawals are processed after security checks and may be delayed or refused for compliance reasons.
When an ad is posted the sold amount is locked. The seller must release the crypto only after the money has been received in their own account. Releasing before receiving payment is at the seller's risk.
No money laundering, fraud, use of third-party or stolen accounts, or chargeback abuse. Accounts may be suspended and funds frozen as required by law.
Either party may open a dispute. The platform reviews the chat, payment proof and bank evidence and decides whether to release the crypto to the buyer or return it to the seller. The decision is final within the platform.
Fees are shown before you confirm an action and may change with notice.
